Churn Prevention

Client: Villahi Cleaning Products.

I developed a predictive algorithm to analyze Villahi customers and calculate their churn probability. The image below shows the visual representation of the trained algorithm (Random Forest classification algorithm).

The image below shows Villahi customers segmented according to their churn probability. Customers with less than a 50% probability of churn are shown (purple).
